2.These Terms are provided in Korean, English, and Japanese. Where the language versions differ in interpretation, the Korean version governs.
3.The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. When amending, the Company gives notice from 30 days before the effective date, stating the effective date and the reason for the amendment. For amendments unfavorable to Members, the Company additionally gives individual notice to the contact details the Member has registered.
4.If a Member does not express refusal by the effective date of the amended Terms, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amendment. A Member who does not agree may terminate the use agreement.
Article 4 (Rules Outside These Terms and Order of Application)
1.The Privacy Policy, the payment and refund policy, the separate terms for the Travel Booking Service, the merchandise sales conditions, and other individual policies form part of these Terms. Where an individual policy conflicts with these Terms, the individual policy prevails for the service concerned.
Chapter 2 Use Agreement and Accounts
Article 5 (Formation of the Use Agreement)
1.The use agreement is formed when a person wishing to use the Service agrees to these Terms and the Company accepts. The Company may withhold or refuse acceptance in the following cases.

Article 6 (Age Requirement)
1.The Service is intended for adults only, and minors may not register as Members.

3.The Company verifies age during registration. Where a person is confirmed to be a minor, the Company restricts use and destroys the personal data collected without delay.
4.The Member is responsible for any consequences arising from misstating their age.
Article 7 (Account Management)
1.Members must keep their account information accurate and update it without delay upon any change.
2.Members are responsible for managing their account and password and may not transfer or lend them to any third party.
3.Where unauthorized use of an account is suspected, the Member must notify the Company immediately and follow the Company’s instructions.
Article 8 (Linking Social Accounts)
1.Members may use the Service by linking an external social service account. When an account is linked, the Company receives and uses only the information the Member has consented to provide. The Company is not liable for restrictions on linked functions caused by policy changes or discontinuation of the external social service, except where the Company is at fault. Members may unlink at any time.
Chapter 3 Provision of the Service
Article 9 (Contents of the Service)
1.The Company provides the following services.
2.Professional Pages for each Contracted Professional
3.One-to-one dedicated online video lessons
4.Sales of merchandise selected by Contracted Professionals
5.Golf travel booking service
6.Storage subscriptions for retaining Lesson Deliverables
7.Other services the Company develops and provides
Article 10 (Procedure for Using the Lesson Service)
1.A Lesson Order is formed when the Member uploads a swing video and completes payment.
2.A formed order is assigned to the Contracted Professional selected by the Member and proceeds through the following statuses: received, assigned, in progress, completed, delivered.
3.The Company sends the Member a notification at each principal change of status.
4.The standard turnaround for a Lesson Deliverable is within 10 Business Days from the date the order is formed. Business Days means days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the Republic of Korea.
5.Where a delay is expected due to the Contracted Professional’s schedule, the quality of the Submitted Video, or a re-upload request, the Company notifies the Member in advance. Where the period in paragraph 4 is exceeded for reasons attributable to the Company, the Member may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Article 11 (Assignment and Change of the Contracted Professional)
1.Members select the Contracted Professional who will provide the lesson through the Professional Page.
2.Where the designated Contracted Professional cannot provide the lesson due to injury, scheduling, termination of the professional’s agreement, or a similar reason, the Company notifies the Member and issues a full refund for that order. Separately from the refund, the Member may apply again with another Contracted Professional.
3.A Contracted Professional’s departure from the Service does not affect the Member’s use of Lesson Deliverables already delivered.
Article 12 (Requirements for Submitted Videos)
1.A Submitted Video must depict the Member or a subject for whom the Member holds a legitimate right to film and use the footage.
2.Where a video shows an identifiable third party, the Member must obtain that person’s consent in advance.
3.The Company may set technical standards for video format, file size, and image quality, and may request a re-upload where a video falls below those standards and cannot be analyzed.
4.Videos unrelated to the lesson purpose, videos that infringe the rights of others, and videos that violate applicable law may not be uploaded.
5.Submitted Videos and the request details entered when applying for a lesson must not contain any of the following.
6.Content that depicts sexual acts or causes sexual humiliation to the recipient
7.Discriminatory or hateful expressions on grounds such as race, nationality, ethnicity, sex, religion, or disability
8.Threats, insults, defamation, or stalking-like expressions directed at a Contracted Professional or the Company’s personnel
9.Other abusive or demeaning language that may cause mental distress to the recipient
10.Measures for a breach of paragraph 5 are as follows.
11.Serious breach (items 1 to 3 of paragraph 5): the Company immediately stops work without prior warning, terminates the order, and may suspend or permanently restrict the account.
12.Minor breach (item 4 of paragraph 5 where the degree is slight): the Company may warn the Member and allow resubmission. Where the same conduct is repeated, it is treated as a serious breach.
13.Where the Company takes such measures, it notifies the Member of the grounds and the basis. The Member may object within 14 days of the notice, and the Company reviews the objection and notifies the Member of the outcome.
14.The Company may check whether paragraph 5 applies at the order intake stage and, where it does, handles the order without transmitting it to the Contracted Professional. This does not impose on the Company an obligation to screen every Submitted Video and request in advance.
Where a breach of paragraph 5 causes damage to a Contracted Professional or a third party, the Member is liable to compensate that damage under Article 34. The Company may provide related materials in accordance with applicable law upon a lawful request from an investigative authority or a court.
Article 13 (Notice Concerning the Analysis Function)
1.The Service provides an analysis function that visualizes swing path, posture, and similar elements. The function is intended to support the Contracted Professional’s coaching, and results may vary with filming conditions such as camera angle, lighting, and frame rate. Analysis results are reference material, and the Company does not warrant the absolute accuracy of measured values.
2.The analysis function measures swing motion and does not recognize or match faces or other physical characteristics for the purpose of identifying an individual Member.
Article 14 (Notice Concerning Translation and Voice)
1.A Contracted Professional’s feedback may be provided in the Member’s selected language through automated translation and voice synthesis technology.
2.Because of the nature of automated translation and voice synthesis, nuance and technical terminology in the original may not correspond exactly. A Member who has questions about a translation may ask the Company to verify it.
3.Synthesized audio may not be the Contracted Professional’s actual voice. Where that is the case, the Company indicates this so that the Member is aware of it.
Article 15 (Change and Suspension of the Service)
1.The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue part of it, and gives advance notice of material changes.
2.Provision of the Service may be temporarily suspended for unavoidable reasons such as equipment maintenance, communication failures, or natural disasters.
3.Where a paid service is discontinued, the Company refunds the unused portion in accordance with applicable law and Article 19.
Chapter 4 Paid Services and Payment
Article 16 (Price Display and Currency)
1.The Company automatically selects the display and payment currency based on the Member’s country of access.
| Country of access | Currency | Note |
|---|---|---|
| United States | USD | |
| Japan | JPY | |
| Republic of Korea | KRW | |
| All other countries | USD | Default |
2.The sale price in each currency is a fixed price that is not linked to real-time exchange rates and is set and managed by the Company for each currency. Amounts for the same product may differ between currencies regardless of exchange rates.
3.Overseas transaction fees and currency conversion fees charged by card issuers or payment gateways are borne by the Member.
4.Displayed prices are inclusive of value-added tax, and the Company files and pays value-added tax in accordance with the tax laws of the Republic of Korea. Where separate taxes or public charges are imposed in the Member’s country of residence, responsibility for and handling of those charges follow the laws of that country.
5.The Company may change prices, but changes do not affect the payment amount of orders already formed.
Article 17 (Payment Methods)
1.The standard payment methods are credit cards and the payment methods supported by the payment gateway integrated by the Company.
2.Supported payment methods may differ by country and currency, and only the methods displayed on the payment screen may be used.
3.Members must use only lawful payment methods held in their own name.
Article 18 (Storage Subscription)
1.The Storage Subscription is a product that extends the retention period of Lesson Deliverables and is offered as a monthly plan and an annual plan, each on an automatically renewing basis. The price and renewal cycle of each plan are shown on the payment screen.
2.Members may cancel the subscription at any time. On cancellation, the subscription continues until the end of the period already paid for.
When a subscription ends, the Company retains the relevant Lesson Deliverable for a grace period of 15 days before it becomes subject to automatic deletion under Article 23. During the grace period, the Member may download the video or resume the subscription. The Company notifies the Member of the start date and scheduled end date of the grace period.
Article 19 (Withdrawal of Purchase and Refunds)
1.Lesson Orders
2.Before the Contracted Professional begins work (before the order status changes to “in progress”), the Member may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
3.After work has begun, withdrawal may be restricted given the nature of the lesson. However, where a Lesson Deliverable differs materially from what was advertised or described, or is defective, the Member may request rework or a refund.
4.Where a Lesson Deliverable is not provided for reasons attributable to the Company, the Company issues a full refund.
5.Where an order is terminated for a serious breach of Article 12(5), the Company does not issue a refund. Service is regarded as partly performed at the point the Submitted Video is transmitted to the Contracted Professional, and the termination is attributable to the Member. However, where the Company identifies and blocks the Submitted Video under Article 12(7) before it is transmitted to the Contracted Professional, the Company refunds the amount paid less costs actually incurred.
6.Merchandise: governed by Article 20.
7.Storage Subscription
8.Storage Subscription fees are in principle non-refundable. If a Member cancels, the retention extension remains in effect until the end of the subscription period already paid for, and no refund or pro-rata settlement is made for the remaining period. This applies equally to the monthly plan and the annual plan.
9.However, where the law of the Member’s country of residence requires a refund or a right of withdrawal, that law applies.
10.Travel bookings: governed by Article 21 and by the individual cancellation and refund rules of the Travel Booking Service.
Article 20 (Merchandise Sales — Mail-Order Sales Intermediation)
1.Merchandise consists of products selected by a Contracted Professional, offered in limited quantities with personalization such as initial engraving.
2.The Company acts as an intermediary in mail-order sales of Merchandise and is not a party to the sale. The seller of Merchandise is the consignment seller identified on each product page (the “Seller”).
3.The Company displays the following on the Merchandise product page and payment screen in a manner that Members can clearly recognize.
4.The fact that the Company is not a party to the mail-order sale
5.The Seller’s identity information, including trade name, representative, address, contact details, and business registration number
6.The withdrawal conditions for the product and who bears return shipping costs
7.Responsibility for the manufacture, quality, stock, engraving, delivery, warranty against defects, and performance of withdrawal rights for Merchandise rests with the Seller. As the Company is not a party to the transaction between the Seller and the Member, it is in principle not liable for these matters.
8.However, where the Company has not made the disclosures required under paragraph 3, or where damage is caused to a Member by the Company’s intent or negligence, the Company bears liability to that extent.
9.The Company may receive payment from Members and settle with the Seller for payment convenience. This does not change the Company’s position as an intermediary in mail-order sales.
10.Where a dispute arises between a Member and a Seller, the Company takes the measures necessary for prompt resolution and notifies the Member of the outcome.
11.Personalized (engraved) products are produced individually to the Member’s order. Once engraving has begun, withdrawal based on a simple change of mind is restricted. Exchange or refund remains available where the product is defective or was produced differently from the order. This restriction applies only where it has been separately disclosed to the Member before the order and the Member has consented to it.
12.Personalization may extend the dispatch preparation period compared with standard products. The expected period is provided at the time of order.
13.Customs duties, import value-added tax, and all other public charges imposed by the importing country in connection with international delivery are borne by the Member as purchaser. The Company or the Seller may provide an estimate at the time of order, but the final amount is determined by the customs authority of the importing country.
Article 21 (Travel Booking Service)
1.Golf travel bookings are provided through the travel platform owned and operated by the Company.
2.Individual travel components such as flights, accommodation, golf courses, and vehicles are provided by their respective suppliers. Cancellation, change, and refund conditions for those components follow the suppliers’ rules and the individual terms of the Travel Booking Service.
3.Travel destination recommendations posted on Professional Pages are informational and based on the views of the Contracted Professional. They are not a warranty by the Company as to the quality of any particular travel product.
4.The Company is registered for the Domestic and Overseas Travel Business (registration number 2025-000006) under the Tourism Promotion Act of the Republic of Korea, and the Travel Booking Service is provided on the basis of the laws of the Republic of Korea. The travel business registration type and number are displayed on the Travel Booking Service screen.
Chapter 5 Content and Rights
Article 22 (Rights in Submitted Videos)
1.Copyright and all other rights in a Submitted Video belong to the Member.
2.The Member grants the Company the right to use the Submitted Video to the extent necessary to provide the lesson, namely storage, transmission to the Contracted Professional, analysis and editing, translation and voice processing, creation of the deliverable and delivery to the Member, and backup. This grant is royalty-free and does not extend beyond those purposes.
3.The Company does not use Submitted Videos or Lesson Deliverables for marketing, promotion, case studies, external disclosure, or similar purposes without the Member’s express prior consent.
4.The Company may use the following data to train artificial intelligence models for the internal research and development purpose of improving the quality of lesson feedback and the analysis function.
5.Numerical data on joint movement extracted by analyzing swing motion in Submitted Videos
6.Feedback and editing records created by Contracted Professionals
7.Use for training under paragraph 4 is limited as follows.
8.The Company does not use a Member’s facial footage, facial images, or facial feature information for training.
9.Original videos are not retained as training data. Joint movement data is extracted from the original, and only that numerical data is used, separated from the Member’s identifying information.
10.Extracted data is not used for the purpose of identifying individuals.
11.Data used for training and its outputs are used solely for the Company’s internal research and development and are not provided to third parties or disclosed, exhibited, or used as marketing material externally.
Article 23 (Retention, Download, and Deletion of Lesson Deliverables)
1.Completed Lesson Deliverables are retained for one year from the date of delivery.
2.Members may download Lesson Deliverables at any time during the retention period.
3.When the retention period expires, the Lesson Deliverable is deleted automatically and deleted material cannot be restored.
4.The Company gives the Member advance notice on five occasions — 30 days, 15 days, 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before the scheduled deletion date — and each notice includes guidance on downloading and on extending retention.
5.Lesson Deliverables under an active Storage Subscription are excluded from automatic deletion.
6.Where a Member does not receive a notice because the Member has not kept their contact details, such as an email address, accurate, the Company is not liable for the resulting deletion.
7.Notwithstanding paragraphs 1 to 6 and Article 31(4), Submitted Videos and related records for which a breach of Article 12(5) has been reported or confirmed are retained in a separate, access-restricted area until the dispute or legal proceedings conclude, or for the period prescribed by applicable law. The items retained and the basis for retention are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Article 24 (Scope of Use of Lesson Deliverables)

2.Members are granted the right to view, retain, and download Lesson Deliverables for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3.Members may not redistribute or publicly post a Lesson Deliverable in its entirety. However, posting part of a Lesson Deliverable on the Member’s own social media account is permitted where all of the following conditions are met.
4.The posting is not for commercial purposes, including advertising, sponsorship, paid content, or monetization
5.Each posting is no longer than 60 seconds
6.The Contracted Professional’s name and Privé Golf are credited as the source
7.The posting does not distort the feedback or damage the Contracted Professional’s reputation
8.Use beyond the scope of paragraph 3 — in particular sale, creation of derivative works, re-upload to other platforms, and commercial use — requires the prior written consent of the Company and the Contracted Professional.
Article 25 (Contracted Professionals’ Names and Likenesses)
1.The name, likeness, career record, signature, initials, and similar attributes of a Contracted Professional belong to the Contracted Professional and the Company. Members may not use them without authorization.
Article 26 (The Company’s Intellectual Property)
1.All intellectual property rights in the Service, including screen composition, design, software, trademarks, logos, text, and educational content, belong to the Company or the rightful owner. Members may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit them.
Article 27 (Reviews)
1.Only Members who have actually taken a lesson may write a review.
2.Reviews must be based on the Member’s own direct experience and may not contain false or exaggerated statements, defamation, discriminatory expressions, or advertising content.
3.The Company may refuse to post or may delete reviews that breach these standards. This does not impose on the Company an obligation to screen every review in advance.
4.The Company may use posted reviews for display within the Service and for display in translated form. Where a review is used in advertising outside the Service, the Company obtains the Member’s separate consent.
5.Reviews are the opinions of the Members who wrote them and are not the views of the Company.

Chapter 6 Personal Data and Security

2.The Company designates the following Personal Information Protection Officer, who oversees the processing of Members’ personal data and handles inquiries, complaints, and remedies.

3.Members may direct inquiries about personal data, requests to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing, and other exercises of their rights to the contact above, and the Company notifies the Member of the outcome within the period prescribed by applicable law. [TO BE CONFIRMED: legal basis for cross-border transfers of personal data under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and applicable U.S. state laws]
Article 30 (Handling of Submitted Videos)
1.Given that Submitted Videos are sensitive material depicting the Member’s body, access is restricted to the Contracted Professional performing the lesson and the minimum number of personnel required for operations.

Chapter 7 Termination and Liability
Article 31 (Restriction of Use and Termination)
1.Members may terminate the use agreement at any time through the procedure provided within the Service.
2.Where a Member breaches these Terms, the Company may restrict use or terminate the agreement after prior notice. In the case of a serious breach or an urgent situation, the Company may act first and give notice afterwards.
3.Termination of the use agreement does not extinguish obligations to perform and settle orders already formed.
4.Where a Member terminates the use agreement (withdraws membership), Submitted Videos and Lesson Deliverables held by the Company are deleted within 30 days of the termination date. Members should download any videos they need before terminating.
5.A Member who has withdrawn may not re-register for 30 days from the date of withdrawal. The Company retains the minimum identifying information necessary to enforce this restriction for that period, and the items retained and the basis for retention are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Article 32 (Limitation of Warranties)
1.The Company does not warrant any particular outcome from lessons, including improvement in skill, scores, or competition results.
2.Lesson content is golf technique instruction and is not medical or physiotherapeutic advice. Members with any physical condition should consult a medical professional before following lesson content.
3.Practicing a golf swing may involve a risk of physical injury. Members should practice within reasonable limits, taking their own physical condition into account.

Article 33 (Limitation of Liability)
1.The Company is not liable for damage arising from causes beyond its control, including natural disasters, communication failures, and causes attributable to the Member.

Article 34 (Member’s Liability for Damages)
1.Where a Member causes damage to the Company by breaching these Terms or infringing the rights of a third party, the Member is liable to compensate that damage.
2.Where a breach of Article 12(5) causes damage to a Contracted Professional or the Company’s personnel, the injured party may claim compensation directly from the Member, independently of the Member’s liability to the Company.
Article 35 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
1.These Terms and the use agreement between the Company and the Member are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2.Disputes between the Company and a Member are resolved first through mutual consultation. Where consultation does not succeed, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance. This paragraph is not an exclusive jurisdiction agreement excluding other jurisdictions recognized by law.

4.The Member is not deprived of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country of the Member’s habitual residence.
